The realization of Government initiated by the administration of the Vilnius Region local project “Verslo vektorius”

March 21 this year in  a Complex Conference and party-Europe park open an information meeting  partly funded by the EU project “Verslo vektorius” (Vector) business.

Numerous entrepreneurs gathered in Vilnius region, representative of the Ministry of Agriculture RL Local councilors and members of the Vilnius Region Local Action Group welcomed the Vilnius Region, and the successful implementation plans wished the vice mayor of the Vilnius Region Government Czeslaw Olszewski, the voice at the beginning took the Deputy Director of Local Administration Robert Komarowski Vilnius Region. During the meeting, representatives of the local government have presented the project “Verslo vektorius”, its objectives, themes, training and opportunities to take part in them.

Main specialist of Department of Alternative Rural Development Department of the Ministry of Agriculture RL Ilona Sadovskaitė presented a paper about the possibilities of utilizing the support of the LEADER I program Sadovskaitė indicated that this policy measure will help strengthen civil society in rural localities, contributing to the cooperation of local authorities, business card and the non-goverment sector.

Then a representative of the company “TMD partneriai” Deividas Rafanavičius consultant presented a paper, “The environment in which a business start: key challenges and the means to meet them.” Together they discussed the following issues:

– what depends on the satisfaction of the people / customers and how to control it;

– Fundamental change in consciousness and expectations of customers after the economic recession;

– What customers expect in the near future;

– Why, consciously or not, object to the changes in the environment;

– Basic attitudes affect the expansion of the business;

– Why Neanderthals died out and why some people “never can do anything.”

During the project operators of small and medium enterprises Vilnius region and (or) their representatives in order to broaden the scope of knowledge and improvement of business habits will be held briefings and training of various powers. Duration of the project – 8 months.

In the course of the implementation of the project will be held the following training: “Customer Support”, “negotiation”, “Sales”, “management meetings”, “Stress management”, “leadership and guidance”, “Efficiency Partnership”, “Understanding customers’ “Taxes and the basis of law”, “Finance is not financiers.” The target group of the project – registered in the territory of the Vilnius Region Local operators of small and medium enterprises.
