For the Attention of Entrepreneurs of the Vilnius District

Dear representatives of small and medium enterprise of the Vilnius district,

please be informed that implementation of a regional project “Verslo vektorius” (Business vector) initiated by the Vilnius District Municipality administration and partly funded by European Union has recently begun.

During the project execution there will be organized informational meetings as well as trainings of various competencies for small and medium enterprise business entities and (or) their representatives in order to broaden the scope of knowledge and improve the habits of Vilnius district entrepreneurs and other business entities. Training and consulting company “TMD partneriai” is a partner of the implemented project. On www.tmd.lt web page you can find more information about the company.

The implementation of the project will begin with the informational meeting during which representatives of the local authorities will introduce the project, its aims, trainings’ subjects and the possibility of participation. Subsequently, a representative of the “TMD partneriai” company will give a paper on:

“The Environment in which We Begin our Business: Basic Challenges and Measures to Deal with Them.”

During the meeting the following issues will be discussed:

– what determines people/customers satisfaction and how to control it;

– basic changes in customers’ awareness and expectations following the economic recession;

– what customers expect in the near future;

– why, consciously or not, we oppose changes in the environment;

– basic attitudes which hinders business development;

– why Neanderthals died out and why some people “can never do anything.”

We encourage you to take part in the informational meeting, that opens the project, which will be held on 21 March 2013  (Thursday) in the Europos Parkas Conference and Events Hall (Joneikiskiu k., Vilnius district). The meeting begins at 10 a.m., the participants registration—at 9.30 a.m. The meeting will last 4 hours. You have to register in advance (you can register here), giving your name and surname, the name of represented small and medium enterprise business entity and contact telephone number. Registration will continue until 19 March 2013, 4 p.m. The participation is free of charge.
