Doors Open Day in Šalčininkai Orphanage

Today in Šalčininkai Orphanage will take place the Doors Open Day. The door will be opened at 4:00 p.m.

Everyone who visits Šalčininkai Orphanage will: familiarize oneself with living conditions, try bakings prepared by children, visit the exhibition of needleworks and listen to the concert of “Truskaweczka” band.

According to Oksana Obłaczyńska, a director of the orphanage in Šalčininkai, the main purpose of this project is to familiarize the society with orphanages. In an interview for Radio Znad Wilii, O. Obłaczyńska tells about the programme of the Doors Open Day and pre-holiday period in the orphanage:
