@ Kurier Wilenski

Last month, members of an activist group of Vilnius district municipality met as part of “Czas liderów 2” project.

Among the guests there was the deputy director of Wydział Oświaty Administracji Samorządu Rejonu Wileńskiego (the Education and Administration Department of the Vilnius district municipality), Zofia Ryżowa – the coordinator of the activist group, Solveiga Grudienė and Asta Malčiauskienė – consultants, members of the activist group and teachers from the school.

During the meeting, the group prepared the plan “Efektywne zarządzanie szkołą w celu lepszej jakości nauczania” (Effective school management that aims to improve the quality of teaching). Everyone discussed the ways of implementing the plan.

The members of the group met also with the teachers from the Primary School in Kiena. Everyone could present his opinions about the prepared plan. In small groups, they discussed particular actions to be taken and specified the ways of implementing essential changes. After the discussion, all groups presented their ideas.
