The Marshal of the Sejm’s letter to the Countrymen in Lithuania
The Marshals of the Polish Sejm, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, sent the letter to the head of the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania, in which she thanked for the congratulations and wishes due to her assumption of the seat of the Marshal.
Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska assured the leader of the EAPL that the Polish minority’s situation in Lithuania has been and is in the spotlight of Polish authorities.
“The situation of Poles in Lithuania has always been in the spotlight of Poland’s government as well as it has been and still is the infallible issue of interest and care of both chambers: Sejm and Senate” – we can read in the Marshal of the Sejm’s letter.
Kidawa-Błońska ensured W. Tomaszewski that she is going to support the polish society in Lithuania due to her seat as the head of the parliament.
“I desire to ensure you that – as a loyal to this tradition – I am going to support all the projects and efforts behalf the Countrymen in Lithuania as well as to seek for guaranteeing them the expected support” – the Marshal of the Sejm, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, claims.
