„Stella Spei” band invites you to become one of its instrumentalists

„Stella Spei” band invites you to become one of its instrumentalists. People who have experience and a vocation for music can write to an e-mail address: stella.spei@interia.eu.

“Stella Spei” band is active since April 2004. During its existence, even before it was formed, the young members of the band expressed their will to help others. They have visited orphanages and families in need of help and have sung for the disabled.

The young members of the band have visited orphanages in Pabradė and in Šalčininkai and handed out gifts. They have also visited other parishes and organised shows on the occasion of the Saint Valentine’s Day and the Saint Andrew’s Day.

They gave concerts in Poland, in Vilnius and in the Vilnius region (in Jašiūnai, Turgeliai, Kalveliai, Šumskas, Naujoji Vilnia, Paberžės and Eišiškės).

The youth of the band writes poems and composes songs which then are performed by the band.

This year (in January) “Stella Spei” band invited the residents of the Vilnius region to the House of Polish Culture in Vilnius for the eight charitable Christmas Carol Concert. The main aim of the joint carol signing, organised on the initiative of Ilona and Adam Jurewicz who manage the “Stella Spei” band from parish of the Blessed Jurgis Matulaitis in Vilnius, is providing support for people in need.
