The session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Sejm and the Senate of the Republic of Poland and the Seimas of the Lithuanian Republic is to be held in September. During the session, the current issues concerning Polish-Lithuanian relations will be discussed.

“During the session, the issues concerning our relations will be discussed. We will also debate on the development of energy and transport projects. We will be talking about the law on national minorities” – said Kirkilas to BNS.

According to the politician, the Polish side assesses positively the fact that Lithuania is preparing a new law on national minorities. “They know that we are preparing a new law, they take an interest in that and they assess it positively” – said Gediminas Kirkilas.
