Sunday is the 90th anniversary of  coronation of Ostrobramska Mother of God

The nearest Sunday, 2^nd July, is 90^th anniversary of the coronation of the picture Ostrobramska Mother of God.This pcture is well known and recognizable Lithuanian picture in the world.

The picture was created in the early XVII c. but till XIX c. the cult of Ostrobramska Mother of God was very local. In Lithuania Mother of Troki was praised the most and the coronation was in 1718. The coronation of the Ostrobramska picture was in 1927 and Aleksander Kakowski did the anniversary of the coronation.

Main celebrations to Ostrobramska Mother of God from early 300 years are in 2^nd week of November when there are celebrations of Care Mother of God.
