Vice-mayor of the local government area of ​​Trakai became the Polish – Maria Pucz UPDATED

Vice-mayor of the local government area of ​​Trakai became Maria Pucz, the president of the branch of Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania in the Trakai and the president of faction of AWPL local government council area of ​​Trakai.
For her appointment to the position of vice-mayor 16 councilors voted , 2 councilors voted against.

Maria Pucz is the councilor of Trakai district since 2003. For more than 20 years she run a kindergarten in Old Trakai (Trakai district). She is a member of the supreme council of the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania.

This year, she was a candidate for the European Parliament.

From the position today was also dismissed the director of the administration of local area of Trakai – Renatas Dūdys. She was replaced by former Member of Lithuanian Parliament Jonas Liesys.

Councilors of Trakai district also removed from the position the deputy director of the administration of local area of Trakai – Vitalij Burdienė. This position will be appointed by Karolina Narkiewicz, the acting head of the department of culture and tourism of local area of Trakai.
