Osaka Sun

On Friday evening in a café ‘Sakwa’ took place the next battle of intellects, organized byVilnius Club of Vagabonds, VCV (pl. Klub Włóczęgów Wileńskich, KWW). The battle won the team named UNO, which has been undeniable winner of the Vilnius battles of intellects according to the number of victories. However, this time the team appeared on the top just because of half-point advantage.

We are glad that in the winning team are two representatives of ‘Radio Znad Wilii’- sport editor  Aleksander Sudujko and DJ Tomek Szturo.

The Friday game was dedicated to children. Cartoons and music from the childhood, ‘childish ’ facts from the life of celebrities and historical figures, childish theme in art, photography and literature…Some questions caused smiles on the faces of the participants, others made teams thing over carefully. Most players admitted that in comparison with previous battles the level of knowledge and grammar of this event has considerably increased.

UNO team received a coupon for 100 litai to use in the café ‘Sakwa’. Consolation prizes were given also to ‘Ryczące trzydziestki’ and to ‘Sami swoi’- runner-up and the team of the 3rd place (the last).

Money collected during the event will be given to the organization Mothers’ Union (lit.Mamų unija) for children with oncological diseases.
