Jarosław Narkiewicz, the vice-president of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, sent a letter to Jarosław Kaczyński, the leader of the Law and Justice Party, in which Narkiewicz invites him to visit Vilnius Region for him to find out in person about the situation of ethnic minorities in Lithuania.

“The last events referring to ethnic minorities in Lithuania arouse many controversies internationally. It should be pointed out that in such a difficult moment this is cooperation of neighboring states that matters the most; the cooperation of countries tied with ancient, mutual history emerging from the geographical and cultural proximity” – the letter says.

“As the vice-president of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and the representative of the polish minority in Lithuania, I would like to invite you to visit Vilnius Region to familiarize yourself directly with the existing situation.” – wrote Jarosław Narkiewicz.
