The session of The Local Government Council of Vilnius region took place

The Council of Vilnius region session was held on 28^th November 2013. 60 valid and important questions were discussed as well as resolutions were passed.

The Council decided to complete the list of the charges of ‘The Social Centre of Children and Teenagers” who commute to vocational schools and informal educational institutions. Students will have transport costs of the itinerary Niemenczyn – Wilno (Antokol Junction) got back.

The town councilors nemine contradicte endorsed elements of heating plant stations, vested by ZSA “Baltic Konis”. The endorsed price is reduced by 3,04% in comparison to the present one.

On the council session, two auditable firms which provide audit of financial statement and credentialed activity from 2013 in ZSA „Nemėžio komunalininkas” and ZSA „Nemenčinės i komunalininkas”  were registered. The audit of ZSA „Nemenčinės komunalininkas” will be provided by ZSA „Aruditas” and ZSA „Nemėžio komunalininkas” – ZSA „Apskaitos ir mokesčių konsultacijos“.

The town councillors unanimously agreed to change a few statues’ subsections connected with the local charge for exporting communal waste from owners and ordering it. One has to pay once every three months or once a month for mailing documents which may cause radical increase of charges for printing, postal services and  delivery costs. Supposing that a payment is made once a year, administrative means of the system would be saved, otherwise the cost would become taxpayers’ burden after some time.

During the session, the prices of bathhouses’ services in Rudomino, Wojdaty, Pobrzezie and Niemenczyn were changed because of the fact that they had not been altered for five years while the price of petrol, water, electricity and any other services went up drastically. At that time, the prices of the bathhouses’ services were the lowest in the country and the cost of living is higher than the incomes. After the assessment of means of bathhouses’ keep and the funds collected from inhabitants was made, higher prices (including VAT) for one visit which lasts no longer than 2 hours were set: adults – 13 Lt, seniors and disabled people whose ability for work is 0-25% – 10 Lt, children who are not older than 14 – 8 Lt. People who outrun the time of 2 hours will have to pay extra 1,30 Lt (including VAT) for every exceed 10 minutes.

Because of the oil spill on the public ground in Mariampol; Mariampol Community, on Statybininku Street on 2^nd August 2013, The Local Government Council endorsed specific means of special programme support of The Local Government Council of Vilnius region’s conservancy. The agency of The Department of Environmental Protection of Vilesius Region conducted laboratory researches on soil and the pollution was stated. Then, the disposal of accident effects was organized, which required extra unplanned resources.
