Klub Studentów Polskich (The Club of Polish Students) is looking for leaders

Klub Studentów Polskich (The Club of Polish Students) is inviting for leader trainings under the banner of “Motivate others – become a leader”. Trainings aim at increasing effectiveness and motivation of the members of  Klub Studentów Polskich in Lithuania and creating a detailed plan of KSP’s activity for 2013.

The training which will be held near Molat (Molėtai) consists of 2-day course for 20-person group conducted by Daniel Lichota, an experienced expert, the trainer of many years’ standing and the author of training programmes concerning social skills. 2-day period of training is devoted to theoretical and practical application of the knowledge acquired during the training and doing exercises recommended by the expert.

For more fruitful work the demand for and creating a detailed plan of KSP’s activity aroused, together with people responsible for the taken actions, plans and meetings realization. Thus, after theoretical and practical classes conducted by the trainer, the participants of trainings will be jointly work on the plan of KSP’s activity for 2013.

Trainings are held on 19th-20th January, 2013 in the agritourism farm “Marguoliai” near Molat (Molėtai).

Recruitment:

The term of sending forms: till 15th January (inclusive)

The list of people enrolled to the participation in the training will be placed till 18th January, 2013 on the profile of Klub Studentów Polskich on Facebook.

Fee: 60 LT

KSP covers the cost of accommodation, board, training materials, as well as the costs of the training organization, the journey of participants to the farm from the meeting point in Vilnius and other creative pastimes.

About the trainer:

Daniel Lichota – an economist by education with the specialization of strategy in business. He is a trainer and author of training programmes concerning social skills. For many years he has conducted trainings for participants and graduates of Szkoła Liderów Polonijnych (Polish School of Leaders). Daniel Lichota is also a trainer in the School of Leaders.

The trainings are financed from the funds of Fundacja SEMPER POLONIA.
