The Embassy of the Republic of Poland joined the social campaign „Freedom – Made in Poland”

The Embassy of Poland in Lithuania also celebrated the 25th anniversary of  the cabinet of Mazowiecki coming to power, which was the first non-communist cabinet in the history of postwar Poland.

„On the 25th anniversary of the first democratic government in Poland – the cabinet of Tadeusz Mazowiecki, the Embassy of Poland posts a photo reminding about the quarter of a century of freedom in Poland, joining at the same time the social campaign “Freedom – made in Poland”. The campaign is to commemorate the 25th anniversary of historical events that begun in Poland in 1989 and led to the changes in the whole Europe. Poles from all over the world are sending photos with the slogan “Freedom – Made in Poland”. The workers of the Embassy of Poland are sending their best regards with the television tower in Vilnius in the background, one of the symbols of democratic changes in Lithuania” – one can read in a special statement that was posted on facebook.
