Zujuny junior high school establishes cooperation with Opoczno high school

On the 12th of June, Marek Pszczołowski, the headteacher of the Zujuny Junior High School, and Anna Pręcikowska-Skoczylas, the headteacher of Stefan Żeromski High School No. 1 in Opoczno, signed a cooperation agreement. The cooperation will concern the organisation of joint educational and scientific activities.

 

Marek Pszczolowski, the headteacher of Zujuny junior high school, expressed his satisfaction with the new partners of the junior high school and the prospects and possibilities for the future.

“All these efforts are dedicated to you, the children, to make your education more and more qualitative and interesting so that you can take advantage of all the benefits of this cooperation,” – Pszczolowski said about the benefits of the cooperation.

Students from the Zujunska junior high school presented an artistic programme for the guests.

The signing ceremony was also attended by the Opoczno district governor Marcin Baranowski and his deputy Maria Barbara Chomicz, the journalist Wojciech Jaskuła, thanks to whom this beautiful friendship between the schools was forged, representatives of the local government of the Vilnius region and the Zujun district governor Mirosław Gajewski.

The signed cooperation agreement stipulates that the partners will carry out exchanges of students and teachers, participate jointly in European Union projects, and support activities to facilitate school partnerships. There is also a commitment that the educational establishments will exchange experience in teaching and educational management, participate in joint sports events and the development of the sports sphere, as well as regional celebrations.
