Hello Poland! Vilnius responds Warsaw.

At the end of July, a well-known Lithuanian women’s rights activist and actress, young Beata Tiškevič asked the people of Warsaw to say a few sentences in Lithuanian language. The spontaneous action was met with great interest among the Lithuanian Internet users. In response, we decided to go to the streets of Vilnius and ask the Lithuanians to greet Poland.

We must admit that not all of the passersby were accepting the proposal with enthusiasm. It seems that the stereotypes about the Polish-Lithuanian relations influence the beliefs of some people. Most, however, were friendly and gladly welcomed the neighbor.
