Šimašius: ‘Syrokomla School will preserve the status of a high school for the time being’.

‘Yesterday we decided about the reorganization of numerous schools in Vilnius’ – states Remigijus Šimašius, the mayor of Vilnius.

The guest of today’s Political Lounge informs that central schools were degraded to the level of primary schools by majority of votes.

Mayor emphasizes that as for now, no decision was made regarding the Władysław Syrokomla School.

‘For the time being, the school maintains the status of a high school with the possibility of transforming it into a “prolonged junior high school” with Christian educational profile’ – adds the politician.
