Terlecki: We are having a good season regarding relations between Polish and Lithuanian government
“I intend to emphasise what we can learn from the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact” – said Ryszard Terlecki, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, participant of an international conference on rebuilding European and Transatlantic resilience, held in Vilnius under the auspices of Valdas Adamkus.
The guest of “Salon Polityczny” Ryszard Terlecki added that the conference is a perfect opportunity to reflect on certain historical events and learn from them.
When asked about current relations between Poland and Lithuania, Ryszard Terlecki said that they are getting better: “Their essence are relations between the governments and we are having a very good season here” – noted Ryszard Terlecki.
Deputy Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland met with a Deputy Speaker of the Seimas Arvydas Nekrošius yesterday.
The meeting concentrated mainly on timetable and the dates of the Interparliamentary Meeting, which will be continued after a longer break.
“Poland has already prepared a list of the most important issues to discuss” – indicated R. Terlecki.
