What dreamed of before the war Polish children in Kowno area

Polish Library in Vandžiogala on Lauda (Kaunas region) enriched with precious yearbooks published before the war Polish Kowno magazine for children under the title “Small world childish” (“Światek dziecinny”).

Vintage vintage magazine for children “Small world childish”  gave the Polish Library in Vandžiogala member of the Union of Poles in Lithuania Stefan Świetlikowski. Framed yearbooks from the years 1933-1936 from the collection of the late Charles Jusewicza spans from the village in the parish of Vandžiogala.

Polish magazine for children, “Small world childish” was issued on Kowno in the 30s of the last century.

“This letter is an eloquent witness to the life and work of Poles in Lithuania in the interwar period. Shows the dreams and desires of Polish children in those days. And these kids are our fathers and grandfathers,”- said the president of Branch Union of Poles in Lithuania in Vandžiogala Ryszar Jankowski.
