Edyta Geppert’s concert – help for children from Vilnius area

Concert of great polish vocalist Edyta Geppert is taking place on October 20th in the House of Polish Culture in Vilnius. Singer was invited by charity organization „Filantropia plus”. Precisely on this day organization will celebrate its 5th birthday. Beata Czaplińska, one of the founders says:

„Filantropia plus” takes care of children from Vilnius area: we take them for a tours to Vilnius and around Lithuania, for example, last week, one hundred children went on a fascinating trip to Kaunas.

During summer children go to summer camps to Poland. We organise them christmas parties and celebration of Children’s Day. „Filantropia Plus” helps families in everyday life too. As Beata Czaplińska says, the main purpose is to show children the world and ensure them, that they can achieve something in life. All of that require adequate funds so organisators of the concerts count on  high attendance and generosity of the spectators.
