Social Democrats of the city Šalčininkai challenged the name “Waldemar Tomaszewski’s Block”

The Social Democrats Šalčininkai district in the Central Election Commission challenged the decision of the local election commission on registration in the local elections coalition called “Coalition Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania and the Russian Alliance” Waldemar Tomaszewski’s Block.”

Chairman of the Social Democrats and the Šalčininkai district candidate for mayor Šalčininkai district is confident that the decision of the local election commission is contrary to the law, which provides that the name of a coalition of parties should be on the word “coalition” and can not be party names or the names of the candidates belonging to the coalition.
